It is with great sadness that the Goderich Lions Club announces the passing of Lion Harold Bettger on November 20, 2012 in his 100th year. Lion Harold was a member of the Goderich Lions Club for 67 years, serving as Club President in 1949-1950. He was a Life Member of Lions Clubs International and a Melvin Jones Fellow. A community memorial service will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the North Street United Church, 56 North Street, Goderich, Ontario.
