The Mitchell Lions Club is saddened by the passing of Lion Joe Higgins.

Lion Joe had been a member of the Club for 55 years. He is resting at the Lockhart Funeral Home in Mitchell, 109 Montreal Street, Mitchell, Ont. A Lions Memorial Service is planned for Tuesday, March 17th at 6:30 p.m. from
the Funeral Home and the funeral will take place on Wednesday, March 18th at 11:00 a.m.
