It is with sadness that I convey the passing of PDG Lion Tim Blackburn of the Lucan & District Lions Club, (formerly a member of the Bayfield Lions Club, A-15,) who passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019.
A Lion’s Memorial Service is to be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan, on Tuesday, July 9th at 6:30 PM
